Joseph H. Morgan, Architect

Joe is the founding member of KZF Design Studio, opening the Orlando, Florida office in 2000. Joe is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with over 35 years of experience working on a diverse set of project types. Joe is actively involved on every project, acting as a project manager and owner contact as well as serving as KZF Design Studio's senior cost estimator. Joe assures clients that our team is able to meet their needs; schedule, quality and that all projects are within the client's budget. Joe gives back to the community serving on the Orange County Development Advisory Board as well as the United States Federal Selective Service Board.

Eric Oskar Kleinsteuber, Architect
Principal/Vice President

Eric serves as Principal in charge of design and Architect of Record for KZF Design Studio. A graduate of the School of Architecture at the University of Florida, Eric has an award winning and diverse portfolio. Approaching each project as a unique opportunity to combine design and practicality for our diverse client set, Eric explores materiality and spatial relationships in all projects regardless of scope, while retaining budget friendly and sustainable solutions. Eric is a national award-winning architect who is active in his local community both professionally and personally; as a board member of the Nils M. Schweizer Fellows, the President of the Society of American Registered Architects Florida Council, a professor of architecture, a member of the Orange County Building Codes Board of Adjustments and Appeals, and he is also a contemporary artist, with his work being shown throughout Florida.

Jeremy Williamson, BArch
Principal/Project Manager

An Alumnus of the Illinois Institute of Technology, School of Architecture, Jeremy serves as Principal and Senior Project Manager for KZF Design Studio. Jeremy has broad based design experience at all levels of architectural practice and construction and also services as our senior specifications writer and construction administrator. Jeremy has worked on a variety of project types, including higher education, municipal facilities, office and administration buildings, industrial facilities, laboratories, and others. In particular, his technical knowledge of construction materials and methods combined with an acute knowledge of model Building Codes provides valuable quality control and assurance checkpoints throughout the design and documentation of projects. Jeremy has served as an Architectural Review Member for a large development company. Jeremy contributes to Orange County Government as a liaison; he is an award winning designer for accessibility and is active in various professional organizations, including CSI and NCARB.
